The Restaurant & Bar at Saba Rock features a relaxed waterfront setting with a magnificent view of the North Sound. You will be dining literally above the water & will enjoy the sounds of gentle lapping waves beneath your feet as you eat. Keep your eyes open for sting rays & turtles popping out by your table as you dine!
At the Saba Rock restaurant, our goal is to provide fresh, flavorful food at a great value. Our menus are the perfect blend of traditional favorites with a Caribbean twist – there's something to satisfy every palate. We also offer a special kid's menu for all the little pirates aboard your ship!
Our bar opens daily at 11 am and the restaurant opens for lunch at 12 noon. Throughout the day, enjoy our Pub Menu which features a variety of satisfying island bites, all served with our famously addicting seasoned french fries! Some of our guests favorites include our Mahi Tacos, Flame Broiled Burgers, Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrap, Panko-breaded Fish & Chips, & our cool, crisp Wedge Salad with our homemade buttermilk bleu cheese dressing!
After a full day in the Caribbean sun, come ashore for the happiest of Happy Hours, everyday from 4:00 – 6:00 pm. Refresh with $2.50 Painkillers, Rum Punch, & Carib Beer.
Dinner at Saba Rock is an especially memorable experience. From your table, you'll enjoy a view of twinkling lights from moored sailboats, visiting yachts, & the homes on the hills of Virgin Gorda. But our guests favorite view is always below the surface, where hundreds of huge tarpon swim circles around our bright underwater lights, bringing the ocean alive as you dine! Our dinner menu is great mix of land & sea – steaks grilled to order, hearty pastas, and local seafood – all accompanied by our famous "All You Can Eat" garden fresh salad bar. For those looking for a lighter bite, you are also more than welcome to order from our Pub menu throughout the evening.

"Last night, John and I decided to treat ourselves with a candlelight dinner at Saba Rock, Virgin Gorda. The plan was to have a few rum punches during happy hour but we were more than impressed by the place and decided to extend our stay for dinner. The place is really magical - and the fried conch was yummy as was the all-you-can eat salad bar.....This is an impressive resort for such a small island, including a lovely beach with hammocks and its own "natural" aquarium, complete with one of the anchors and cannons from the Wreck of the Rhone. (The gift store also had an impressive display of relics from the Rhone and the Atocha - apparently the owner of the resort knows Mel Fisher!) For dinner, John and I were seated right next to the sea and the island is surrounded by blue underwater lights such that you can gaze at the enormous fish as you eat dinner."
