Suites and Villas Rates

Please Note:

• There will be a 10% service charge and 7% BVI hotel tax to the above hotel rates collected upon checkout***
• Saba Rock Resort requires a 50% deposit to reserve a room. All hotel cancellations are necessary at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. All deposits are non-negotiable and non-refundable within 30 days of scheduled check-in date. In the event of a no-show for a confirmed reservation, the Balance Due will be charged to your credit card.

Marina Rates

Marina space and others

• Slip rates = $1.50 per foot.
• Nightly electricity fees - 30 amp no A/C=$15,
• 30 amp with A/C=$25, 50 amp no A/C=$25
• 50 amp with A/C=$40, double cords=double prices.
• Water = .15 gal.
• Ice = $4.00 per bag.

Please Note:

• There is a 15c per gallon of water used not include in the estimated grand total.
