Saba Rock Resort is a casual Caribbean boutique hotel. With only a select few rooms on the island, you'll experience peace & privacy on what often feels like your own private island getaway. Here you'll be surrounded by the crystal clear North Sound waters any way you turn. At Saba Rock you'll feel as though you're in another world – yet you still have easy access to all of the activities that abound in the North Sound Playground. Whether you're looking to just soak up the sun & a good book, or you'd like to sail, swim, & explore – the BVIs are your perfect tropical vacation hot spot.

All of our rooms & suites feature stunning water views, air-conditioning, free high-speed wireless internet access, satellite TV, and endless hot water. A complimentary continental breakfast with island fruits & fresh baked pastries is served each morning in our "over the water" dining room.

Antigua Villa & St. Barts Villa

Feel at home on the island in your own two-bedroom villa – perfect for families or two couples. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and the guest suite has a king-sized bed, which can be converted into two twins. The spacious villa houses a living room, dining room, & fully-equipped kitchen. The wrap-around porch is great for lounging & enjoying the views of the North Sound & surrounding reef. The Villa opens up onto our tropical gardens.

Barbados Suite, Tobago Suite & Dominica Suite

Overlooking the gorgeous North Sound, our Sound Suites are the perfect spot to take in all the action. Barbados and Tobago Suites have a king & a queen- sized bed & spacious showers. Dominica Suite has two twin beds & one king – perfect for friends to share or small families. All suites open up onto our tropical gardens.

Mustique House

A favorite couple's retreat, The Boat House is one of our most private rooms, set in the back of the island. A corner suite with breezy views of the neighboring islands of Prickly Pear & Eustatia, and a patio overlooking our marina. Spaciously appointed with one king-sized bed.

$250 nightly, high season / $225 nightly, low-season

Bequia Suite

A spacious room featuring a king-sized bed, sitting area, and large bathroom. The windows overlook our lush tropical gardens and the suite opens up to our upstairs sundeck, with lounge chairs & views of the marina, neighboring islands, and surrounding reef.

$235 nightly, high season / $195 nightly, low-season

Nevis Room

Nestled into the shore, our beach room is a studio unit with a king-sized bed, located steps away from the beach lounges & hammocks. Perfect for a couple or a night off the boat!

$150 nightly, high season / $135 nightly, low-season

Grenada Room

For those looking for a simple and quiet night ashore, the Granada Room is great for a couple. Aso located steps away from the sand, next to Beach Room (Nevis Room). Queen size bed. Please note: satellite TV is not available in this room.

$125 nightly, high season / $100 nightly, low-season

All room rates are in US dollars and do not include a 10% service charge and 7% government hotel tax. High season rates apply November 15th to April 30th. Low season rates apply May 1st to November 14th . Saba Rock is closed for the month of September. No pets are allowed on the island.

Our rooms do book up quickly, so if you would like to make a reservation, please contact us and we will fax you a booking contract to ensure you will have the room of your choice. We require a 50% deposit to make a reservation.

**Saba Rock Resort requires a 50% deposit to reserve a room or marina space. -All hotel cancellations are necessary at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. All deposits are non-negotiable and non-refundable within 30 days of scheduled check-in date. In the event of a no-show for a confirmed reservation, the Balance Due will be charged to your credit card.
